Prices are on a per minute rate based on clear, good quality recordings. 

 

We are happy to provide quotes for project proposal budgeting purposes. 

 

If your recordings were (or will) be recorded outdoors or in noisy areas, please let us know beforehand.

 

As standard, our transcripts are typed 'intelligent verbatim', omitting all the ahs, ums, repeats, stutters and filler words, leaving you with a clear, easy-to-read transcript. 

If you'd like your transcript full verbatim, which includes non-verbal actions such as laughter, coughing, interruptions, as well as the ehs, ers as well as superflous chat, then that will incur an additional cost. We can also add regular timestamping at extra cost.

 

We have a Word transcription template that we use, which we're happy to share with you on request. If you'd like us to work to other specifications, then this will also incur an additional cost and please provide the template set up for this.

Estimated number of hours

Whether the recordings will be carried out online or in-person

Number of speakers

Turnaround required 

Any technical or specialised content

Any possibly upsetting content (for our transcriptionists to be aware of)

Preferred method of transfer
